Cannes International Film Festival Cannes' famous annual film Festival is a celebration of inspired ideas and the finest Movies production. In our own way, we at Koala try to bring these same ideals to conception and manufacture of our products. Consequently, we feel proud that, for the last four years, we have been invited to participate to the Festival as partner designers. At the "Palais des Festivals", Koala has created "French Riviera" style spaces for the many VIP salons where the stars, production teams, and buyers have met in beautiful surroundings conducive to both relaxation and business deals. In addition to supplying furniture and accessories, we have used these events to demonstrate our skills in other areas, such as creation of hand-painted backdrops, producing dramatic decorative blends. Outside of the Palais, Koala has also provided the furniture and decoration for prestigious events such as1999's Unifrance party in celebration of 50 years of French cinema. Maison & 0bjet PARIS Maison et Objet is a not-to-be-missed trade fair, held in Paris Villepinte. For many years, Koala has been presenting two collections (one in September; the other in January). Of all trade fairs, Koala has chosen to attend this one because it is organised by the Maison Internationale de Créateurs, which only accepts exhibitors acknowledged as leading figures in the field of decoration.
